We will contact you by email once we have received your order.

You can pay by bank deposit, Internet banking, cheque or credit card through this site.

Courier drivers are busy people so please make sure someone is home in the day to receive your order.

Once we have received payment for your purchase we will ship your products.

NZTA Legislation

A push bike with a engine is classed as a moped. A moped must have an engine size of no more than 50cc, maximum power of under 2.0Kw (2.67HP), and a top speed of under 50 Km/h.

60cc and 70cc engines do not qualify to be registered as a moped as the engine size is over 50cc and it is the owner’s risk to use these engines on New Zealand roads.

Please check with LTSA for the exact requirements. Cycle Pro Motors will not be held responsible in any way for the wrong use of any Cycle Pro products. It is the owner’s responsibility to check the legal requirements.

Delivery Times

Delivery times do vary depending on the area and available freight services. All orders received before 2.00pm we aim to ship out the same day, but this can vary due to stock availability etc. We aim to deliver orders within the following time frames:

Within North Island – non rural address: 1-2 days

Within North Island – rural address: 2-3 days

Within South Island – non rural address: 2-3 days

Within South Island – rural address: 2-4 days

We use Courier Post or NZ Couriers for all deliveries

Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery times can be frustrating depending on your area, especially with the South Island with the Cook Straight ferry service being so limited. Remember rural deliveries are usually completed by the NZ Post service so the freight does have to go through another set of hands which does take longer.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

If for any reason you have completed an order and wish to cancel, please get in touch with us straight away by either email or phone. If we have not shipped the order yet we can easily cancel it for you and refund the payment. If the order has already been shipped we can refund it on its return to our store. All freight costs accrued for the return of an order will be covered by the buyer.

We allow three days for a change of mind if the purchase is to be cancelled.

If the product is freight damaged, faulty, or in need of warranty repair/replacement, please get in touch with us straight away so we can work with you to have any problem resolved. If warranty repair/replacement is needed we will repair, replace or refund the product according to our discretion.

Overseas Customers/Exports

Cycle Pro Motors is a New Zealand based business selling mainly within the New Zealand market but we do sell outside of New Zealand on request. If purchases are made from outside New Zealand the buyer is responsible to ensure there are no import restrictions in their country. Cycle Pro Motors will accept no responsibility for any issues caused by the buyer importing restricted goods. This applies mainly to EPA emissions control laws within USA.

Any details collected from this web site will stay within RC Engines property and will not be shared with any third party.
